After adopting new powder metallurgy materials, the fatigue life of gears exceeded 1,200,000 cycle tests, which is 40% higher than the traditional process. This system reduces the processing cost of a single piece to 58.7 yuan, which is only 62% of imported products, helping the company to seize 30% of the domestic hybrid vehicle supporting market within 12 months. After the optimization of the production line layout, the workshop space utilization rate increased to 82%, and energy consumption decreased by 18%-22%.
